A-Line Contractors also offers top quality pre-construction and construction management services that include preliminary construction budgeting, architectural and engineering design review, value engineering, estimating, full-coverage subcontractor bidding and buy-out, subcontractor and supplier scopes of work, scheduling, management of site work and vertical construction, quality control at all phases through punch-out, and turnover.
