Michael Brinegar
Michael Brinegar founded The A-Line Group in 2018. In addition to founding The A-Line Group, for the past 30-plus years, he has held top level executive positions and and partnerships in real estate development with both private investors and large real estate development companies including The Cornerstone Group, Brookstone Development, A.G. Spanos Development, SunAmerica Housing Partners, Portrait/Pasquinelli Development and The Providence Group.
Mr. Brinegar is a seasoned development professional in multi-family, mixed-use, commercial/retail. townhome and luxury estate home projects. He and his development team are skilled in the development of multiple projects simultaneously with extensive experience in all aspects of land acquisition, planning, designing, development and construction of top quality projects.. In his extensive career, Mr. Brinegar has completed the development and construction of over 8,000 multi-family units,
At The A-Line Group, Michael Brinegar, oversees all construction and major renovation projects. Mr. Brinegar is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience including the construction of over 8,000 multi-family units, various complex mixed-use and commercial projects, marine construction projects and ocean-front residential estate home projects. In addition, he has also completed many major renovation and restoration projects. He and his Construction team are skilled in completing multiple complex construction projects simultaneously regardless of geographic location.
Michael started working in the construction industry at his father’s design-build commercial development and construction firm at the age of 15. He completed the Bachelors of Construction Management program at Florida International University in Miami, FL. Mr. Brinegar holds a Florida Certified General Contractor License, which allows for construction of an unlimited number of stories in a building, and a LEED Green Building Accredited Professional Certification and is a Certified Diver trained in underwater marine construction.
Scott Granger
At A-Line Contractors, Scott Granger is responsible for the overall management of the operations of the Renovation and Painting division of The Company. Mr. Granger is a seasoned painting, renovation and construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. In his extensive career with A-Line Contractors, Mr. Granger has completed the painting and/or renovation of over 7,000 multi-family units plus many other commercial and retail projects.
Mr. Granger has been with A-Line Contractors as Vice President since 2019. Prior to his joining A-Line, he held management level positions with Sherwin-Williams for over 25 years. He started working in the industry at the age of 18. Mr. Granger is a NACE certified professional for coating inspection and corrosion prevention, ensuring quality application, safety, and compliance with industry standards. He is qualified as an industrial and marine painting and coatings professional. He is highly skilled at managing all types of interior and exterior renovation projects.
The A-Line Group also excels at real estate acquisitions pinpointing lucrative strategic locations, through their in-house Real Estate team headed up by Aline Rodrigues. She is responsible for the management of real estate acquisitions, real estate sales, lease-ups, marketing and public relations for the Company. Aline has been the Director of Real Estate for A-Line Contractors since its founding in 2018.
Mrs. Rodrigues is a seasoned acquisition, sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in working in various business sectors. In her extensive career, she has held executive level positions in the business sectors of real estate development, automotive service centers and automotive insurance providers.
Aline is a Florida Licensed Realtor. She also happens to be well versed in fashion entrepreneurship having studied at the renowned New School/Parsons Fashion Industry Essentials in New York, NY.
